V O X C A N is a Contract Research Organization (CR0) specialized in 3D medical imaging services for preclinical studies. The major advantages of these in vivo services are to improve and accelerate the development of new treatments, ethically and economically, providing new opportunities for health actors to flesh out their regulatory files and reduce time-to-market. The company offers a wide range of services in anatomic and functional imaging to perform longitudinal follow-ups on animal models from mouse to pig. The combination of high technology (molecular and optical tomography, X-Ray scanner) and the expertise of the multidisciplinary team allow quantification of relevant biological parameters within a range of pre-formatted or custom made services. The broad spectrum of investigation covers the understanding of diseases, bio-distribution studies, pharmacokinetics of new drugs and assessment of treatment effectiveness. For research or preclinical studies, 3D medical imaging allows exploration of bone and cartilage, medical devices, cardiovascular and respiratory disorders, oncology, nutrition and metabolic diseases such as obesity. These services are available to human and veterinary pharmaceutical laboratories, biotechnology companies, academic laboratories, CRO and food industries.
